Updated 30 October 2026 · Company signup and test-estimate release

This notice covers the SwiftXpress marketplace, public news and private employee workspace. For privacy questions or requests, contact swiftxpress@protonmail.com.

What we use and why

  • Your account: email, authentication and session information let you sign in, confirm your email and recover access. Passwords are handled by the authentication service.
  • Company setup: company and representative names, account email, service preferences and any optional phone number or website you provide let you save your profile and submit a carrier application for review.
  • Estimates: pickup and drop-off addresses, parcel details and requested timing are used to compare estimates. Shipment details are sent to the configured rate provider when you request a comparison. Use example addresses when you are only trying out the test service.
  • Employee access: invited email addresses, account references and access history let workspace managers control who can read employee updates.
  • Posts: post content, publication dates and change records let managers draft, publish and archive news and opportunities.

Who can see it

Your company profile is private to your account and the marketplace review team. Employee updates require an active invitation-based membership. Workspace managers can manage employee invitations and posts. Only posts explicitly published to the public feed are visible to public visitors; company profiles and employee updates are not automatically published.

Contacting us about an opportunity opens your email application. Information you choose to send is received in the business inbox. This release does not collect applications or application documents through the workspace.

Services used to operate the workspace

Supabase provides account authentication. Auth confirmation and recovery emails use Resend. The application and its database run on Contabo. Shippo supplies the configured test carrier estimates. These services process the information needed for those functions. Hosting and authentication systems also process technical request and session information. These providers may process information outside Canada.

Cookies and saved information

The workspace uses functional cookies for sign-in, account confirmation and password recovery. Signing out removes the current browser session. Company drafts are saved to your account so you can return later.

Access, correction and removal

You can edit your unapproved company details from Company setup. To request access to your information, correct other details, close an account or request removal, email the privacy contact above. We may need to verify that the request belongs to you. Closing an account or leaving the employee workspace can affect access to saved information.

Account and company records are retained to provide the account and saved setup; this release does not automatically expire those records. Encrypted backups rotate separately, so a change to current records may remain in an older backup until it rotates out. Access and publication change records support the operation and review of the workspace.

Do not send passwords, reset links, payment details or sensitive identity documents in a privacy or support email.
